how i work

My work is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in depth psychology. Together, we’ll slow down, make sense of your experiences, and find ways to live with greater freedom and wholeness.

I believe that therapy is more than symptom relief — it’s a process of growth, healing, and becoming more fully yourself. I work well with people who are:

  • Navigating a major life transition, such as a breakup, career change, or loss

  • Struggling to find purpose or meaning in their day-to-day life

  • Working through relational challenges or patterns that keep them stuck

  • Seeking to improve their emotional well-being and connection to themselves

Who do i work with

I work well with individuals and couples who are navigating transitions or struggling with patterns that feel difficult to change. My background in depth psychology and addictions counseling informs a process-oriented approach that looks beyond surface symptoms to understand the emotional and relational dynamics at play. I often work with clients who are addressing anxiety, compulsive behaviors, or challenges in relationships, as well as those who are curious about the deeper meaning behind their experiences. I value working with people who are motivated to reflect, engage honestly, and pursue meaningful, lasting change.

I offer in-person therapy in Santa Barbara and virtual sessions across California and Oregon.
