Depth- Oriented Therapy
I’m a psychotherapist specializing in depth psychology. With over a decade of experience as an addictions specialist, I’ve worked with adults ages 18–25 and treated compulsive disorders. Today, I provide therapy to individuals, couples and families of all ages and stages in California and Oregon.
I meet you exactly where you are at. My approach is compassionate, patient, and relational. I focus on supporting clients through life transitions—whether in school, relationships, career, or other areas of struggle. In our work together, you’ll have a grounded space to speak freely, be heard, and explore meaningful change.

My Approach
Depth Psychology
I work with the unconscious patterns that drive your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping you uncover the roots of your struggles. Through insight-oriented exploration, we identify recurring patterns and create lasting change, fostering self-mastery and authentic presence.
Relational & Compassionate
Therapy is a collaborative process grounded in respect, honesty, and accountability. You’ll have a space to be fully seen and understood, where difficult truths can be faced and strength can be cultivated. This is about growing into the man you want to be, without judgment or shortcuts.
Life Transitions
Change can be disorienting, whether in career, relationships, or personal development. I help men navigate these shifts with clarity, resilience, and strategic insight, turning challenges into opportunities for growth, agency, and emotional sophistication.
